Day 3
I’m in pain.
It’s a good pain though.
A couple of hours ago, which at the time of this writing is now yesterday, I went to the gym for the third night in a row. It’s a new personal record. Three days in a row, and I haven’t missed a day yet.
I detailed my issues with the elliptical machine in my last entry. I’ve since switched to the standard treadmill. I’m able to do 20 minutes per night on that; I probably could do more, but I’m staying with 20 for the time being. I then move back to the elliptical after I’m done on the treadmill. That’s still incredibly slow going, but nothing comes easy at first. Eventually I’ll be able to utilize the elliptical to my advantage.
Tonight’s session concluded with 45 minutes of assorted weightlifting techniques. I do enjoy weightlifting. I just wish I could lift what I did years ago; right now the heaviest weights I can use are pretty pathetic for a guy my size.

Yay! Good for you! Keep at it.
Last night was my fifth day. I am sticking with it, though it's difficult at first.
